Role Description The Senior Business Solutions Architect will work in a contract, remote capacity, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex business processes, capturing and refining business requirements, and translating them into solution architectures and high-level designs. The role involves facilitating workshops, conducting impact assessments, and creating conceptual, logical, and integration architectures for new and existing systems. The Senior Business Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, engineers, and QA teams to ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with standards and best practices. This role will also contribute to roadmap planning, help evaluate technology options, and provide guidance throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Business Analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing Business Requirements for complex enterprise initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Process flows, with the ability to map current and future-state processes.
* Proven Solution Architecture skills, including designing end-to-end solutions, integration patterns, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate options, perform impact analysis, and support evidence-based decision-making.
* Practical knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud or platform-based architectures, and modern integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns) is highly beneficial.
* Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and tools used for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
