Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Business Developer. The Senior Business Developer will identify potential business opportunities through market research and lead generation, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve business growth. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and align services with market demands. Additional responsibilities include managing client communication, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company’s overall sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret market trends and develop actionable strategies
* Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and teams, as well as building rapport and trust
* Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential opportunities for business growth
* Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service to provide quality support and maintain client satisfaction
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
* Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred
* A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
* Experience building a SaaS product in the past is a strong plus.
