Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams
* Translate business requirements into technical and data requirements for implementation
* Collaborate with other units to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources, providing actionable insights for decision-making
* Model, document, and maintain data structures, flows, and transformations to ensure data quality and consistency
* Perform data profiling, exploratory analysis, and validation using SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools
* Work with backend products, data platforms, and data exchange formats (JSON/XML)
* Support ETL processes, including data preparation, mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
* Build and test Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet business requirements and usability standards
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments
* Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation
* Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data analysis tools
* Experience with backend systems, data platforms, and JSON/XML data exchange formats
* Practical experience with ETL processes and data validation
* Ability to model and maintain data structures and data flows
* Experience creating and testing Power BI reports and dashboards
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
