Responsibilities:
* Translate internal goals or client needs into actionable business requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
* Lead large, diverse stakeholder workshops to resolve ambiguity and define direction.
* Guide impact analysis and change readiness at scale across enterprise initiatives.
* Establish testing strategy for UAT and integrate results into decision-making processes.
* Mentor Business Analysts, support community growth, and share expert insights across teams.
* Influence decisions at the executive level through clear communication and data-driven arguments.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including leadership and strategy responsibilities.
* Expert-level knowledge of business analysis tools and practices.
* Advanced understanding of SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture and strategic product or service planning.
* High proficiency in facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
* Strong data interpretation and documentation modeling skills.
* Confidence navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse business perspectives.
* Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and mentor cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated impact in shaping product and business outcomes.
* Experience presenting to senior executives and client leadership.
* Familiarity with AI-powered tools for product design and modeling (such as Miro AI, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems, Engineering, or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus.
