As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior BIM Manager / BIM Lead to drive BIM excellence across our international portfolio.
*The Role*
As Senior BIM Manager / BIM Lead, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing our BIM strategy across multiple projects and disciplines. You will lead high-performing teams, establish best-in-class BIM standards and workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is ideal for a BIM leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong management capabilities, strategic thinking, and exceptional client engagement skills.
*Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development*
* Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary BIM teams to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.
* Manage team resources, workloads, and project allocations to ensure efficient delivery.
* Foster a collaborative, accountable, and quality-focused culture across the organization.
* Support talent development through coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
*BIM Strategy & Project Delivery*
* Define, implement, and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, and delivery processes.
* Oversee project execution in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), client requirements, and industry best practices.
* Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality BIM models, documentation, and data outputs.
* Develop and maintain BIM templates, content libraries, and company-wide standards.
*Client Engagement & BIM Consultancy*
* Serve as the primary BIM representative and trusted advisor for key clients.
* Provide strategic guidance on BIM implementation, project delivery, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Facilitate BIM workshops, coordination meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Support clients in advancing BIM maturity and achieving project-specific objectives.
*Quality Assurance & Innovation*
* Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures for BIM deliverables.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes through process optimization.
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation tools, and digital workflows.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all BIM-related activities.
*Training & Knowledge Management*
* Deliver training and mentorship programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Promote the adoption of BIM best practices, standards, and methodologies.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of company knowledge resources and technical standards.
*Qualifications & ExperienceRequired*
* Proven experience as a Senior BIM Manager, BIM Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
* Demonstrated success leading BIM teams across multiple projects and disciplines.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
* Strong knowledge of international BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and UK and US BIM frameworks.
* Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, and governance procedures.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Experience working with international clients and geographically distributed teams.
* Exposure to BIM automation tools and digital innovation initiatives.
* Experience supporting organizational BIM strategy and digital transformation programs.
