Senior AI Product Manager | Build AI for Global Financial Infrastructure
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI capabilities. This is an opportunity to take AI products from idea to production in a fast-scaling, high-impact environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the intersection of AI, fintech, and product, shaping solutions that directly impact financial access at scale.
If you enjoy building 0→1 products, working closely with engineers, and turning complex AI capabilities into real-world value, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and lead AI product development end-to-end (0→1)
* Identify where AI can unlock commercial and operational value for financial institutions
* Partner closely with engineering to design and launch AI-driven features
* Define product strategy, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks
* Work directly with customers and senior stakeholders to validate and shape product direction
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in Product Management (ideally B2B SaaS)
* Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, ML models, data pipelines, or infrastructure)
* Proven track record building new products or major capabilities from scratch
* Strong product intuition — able to identify and solve high-value problems
* Comfortable operating with autonomy in fast-moving environments
* Excellent communication skills, including with executive stakeholders
Bonus points for:
* Experience in fintech, financial infrastructure, or core banking systems
Location & Travel
* Remote-first, or based in Manila, Philippines
