We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building production-grade AI systems that can scale to millions of users.
What You’ll Do
* Design and build AI-powered products and intelligent agent systems.
* Develop and optimize LLM-based applications and AI workflows.
* Build reliable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
* Work with vector databases and semantic search systems.
* Integrate multiple AI models and external data sources.
* Improve model performance, reliability, and response quality.
* Collaborate closely with product, backend, and mobile engineering teams.
* Stay current with the latest advances in AI and machine learning.|
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience building production AI applications.
* Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar).
* Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
* Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
* Experience designing scalable backend architectures for AI services.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
* Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
* Experience with reinforcement learning or model fine-tuning.
* Knowledge of financial markets, prediction systems, or data analytics.
* Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
