La Berge is a fast-growing DTC brand operating across several European markets (France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands). We produce a huge amount of content: product visuals, ad creatives, UGC, multi-market variations. We want to put generative AI at the core of our creative engine. That's where you come in.
🎯 YOUR MISSION
As our Senior AI Designer, you'll be the creative backbone of the brand: you set the style, you produce, and you level up a team of creatives around AI-driven workflows.
• Design and produce premium visuals (product, advertising, social, market variations) by combining generative AI with manual retouching
• Build and evolve the brand's art direction across every channel
• Develop efficient, repeatable and scalable AI production pipelines
• Lead, brief and grow a creative team (designers, editors, creators)
• Own visual consistency and the final quality of everything that ships
• Stay on the cutting edge: test new models and tools, and integrate them fast
🧰 WHAT YOU BRING
AI image generation (must-have)
• State-of-the-art text-to-image models: Flux, Nano Banana (Gemini), Midjourney and the surrounding ecosystem
• Real command of prompting, style control, character and product consistency, inpainting and references
Classic creative suite (must-have)
• Advanced Photoshop and Adobe suite skills: compositing, retouching, masking, color grading
• A sharp eye for composition, lighting, typography and branding
Art direction & management (must-have)
• Proven experience in art direction or creative direction, ideally in e-commerce, advertising or agency
• Ability to manage a team, brief clearly and raise the bar for everyone
Nice-to-haves
• AI video generation (Sora, Veo, Runway, Kling) and editing
• ComfyUI, LoRA and fine-tuning, automations
• Performance mindset: you know what a creative that converts looks like, not just a pretty image

• Senior: you've already handled high-volume productions and led teams
• Highly autonomous, organized, fast and uncompromising on quality
• Comfortable in a remote, international, fast-moving environment
• Fluent English (distributed team)
