📲 Sending funds via QR code

Send funds without extra steps - just scan a QR code.

This guide shows how to use QR code scanning to send funds in the Crypto Office system's.

Telegram bot 🤖

1️⃣ tap "Full menu" ⮕ "Wallet"

2️⃣ select "Send"

3️⃣ select the currency/blockchain (network) from which you are sending - it must match the network specified in the QR code

4️⃣ tap the paperclip icon next to the input field:
— take a photo of the QR code
— or upload an image from your gallery

5️⃣ enter the amount - the bot will immediately show the fee and balance

6️⃣ check the details and tap "Confirm"

7️⃣ a notification about the sending status will appear in the Telegram bot

1️⃣ tap "Wallet"

2️⃣ tap "Send"

3️⃣ select the currency/blockchain (network)

4️⃣ enter the recipient's address, select from the list, or tap the scanner icon.

5️⃣ specify the amount - the system will show the fee and balance

6️⃣ check the details and confirm the transfer

💡  A tracking link is generated immediately after clicking the send button - you can copy it right away and send it to the recipient as confirmation of the transaction. By following the link, the user will see the transaction processing status, and once ready, the service will automatically redirect them to the blockchain explorer for the relevant network.
