🚀 We're Hiring: Teradata & Power BI Professionals (Remote | Saudi Arabia Projects)
Systech is currently seeking experienced contractors for multiple exciting opportunities supporting large-scale financial and banking projects in Saudi Arabia.
📍 Location: Remote
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months (with strong possibility of extension)
⏰ Working Schedule: Saudi Arabia working days and time zone
💼 Engagement Type: Full-Time Contract
🌐 Language Requirement: Arabic is not mandatory
We are hiring for the following positions:
1. Semantic Layer BI Developer
Key Responsibilities
* Design, model, and map data within the Semantic Layer.
* Develop and maintain physical data models following Teradata standards.
* Work closely with core data layers and business stakeholders.
* Perform data profiling and prepare SMX documentation for modeled entities.
* Ensure high-quality, scalable, and well-governed data structures.
Required Skills & Experience
* Mid to Senior-level professional with strong experience in Semantic Layer modeling and mapping.
* Solid understanding of Core Data Layers.
* Hands-on experience with Teradata Financial Services Data Model (FSDM).
* Ability to extract and retrieve data from FSDM/LIMA models.
* Advanced experience using ERwin Data Modeler.
* Expertise in creating and maintaining Physical Data Models.
* Strong understanding of Teradata design standards and best practices.
* Experience in data profiling and metadata documentation.
* Excellent SQL development skills.
2. Teradata Semantic / Data Mart Developer
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop Semantic Layers and Data Marts for enterprise Teradata environments.
* Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
* Support banking and financial services reporting and analytics initiatives.
* Optimize data models and query performance.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in Semantic Layer and Data Mart development on Teradata platforms.
* Strong understanding of Core Banking Data Models and Financial Services Data Model (FSDM).
* Advanced knowledge of SQL and Teradata/BTEQ scripting.
* Ability to analyze, interpret, and transform business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience working within financial services and banking environments.
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
3. Power BI Developer
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports.
* Build robust Power BI data models and BI schemas.
* Define appropriate business relationships and data cardinalities.
* Work closely with business users to transform reporting requirements into actionable insights.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
* Proven expertise in designing and building BI schemas independently.
* Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and cardinality design.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Teradata-based Semantic Layers and Data Marts.
* Good understanding of Core Banking Data Models and FSDM.
* Strong SQL development and Teradata/BTEQ scripting skills.
* Experience supporting financial services and banking analytics initiatives.
