Security Status Update for Intel Platform on Asia Server in Genshin Impact

In our recent update, we rolled out a set of preventive security fixes. Currently, users on Intel-based systems can safely play on the Europe / North America / TW HK MO servers.

However, for Intel users playing on the Asia server, we still strongly recommend refraining from launching the product.

In the coming days, several stealth security updates targeting the Asia server will be deployed for Intel platforms. The situation is significantly complicated by the fact that it is currently impossible to test everything 100% internally by our team. The current detection mechanism involves an element of randomness, which forces us into a difficult when it comes to a full-scale product release.

We are currently working step by step to close all possible vectors and potential vulnerabilities on Intel, but providing absolute security guarantees without testing directly under real conditions, across a large number of users, is simply impossible.

In light of this, we promise to provide every affected user with personalized compensation in the form of products or additional subscription days.
