Section to PDF – Privacy Policy

Section to PDF does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Everything happens locally in your browser.

When you click the extension icon, a toolbar appears in the current tab. The part of the page you select is turned into a PDF using Chrome's print function. The page content never leaves your computer and is not kept after the export.

If the footer is enabled, the page title and address are written into the PDF footer. They are not stored or sent anywhere.

Your settings (paper size, margins, text size, footer, light print) are saved with Chrome's built-in sync storage. They contain no personal data, and the developer has no access to them.

No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no cookies, no remote code. No data is sold or shared.

Permissions: activeTab (access to the current tab only after you click the icon), scripting (to show the toolbar in that tab), storage (to save your settings).
