The Heart Radio Presenter previously admitted that she loves walking around the house naked, but now she's taken it a step further
Amanda Holden has left very little to the imagination with her latest admission.
The Heart Radio presenter, 49, stunned listeners this morning as she revealed that last night, she stripped off "butt naked" to jump on her daughter's trampoline after her husband dared her to.
Not one to turn down a challenge, the proud mum of Lexi, 14, and Hollie, 8, told Heart co-host Jamie Theakston that she tore off her bikini and legged it to the trampoline when her cheeky husband Chris Hughes put her up to the dare.
The blonde bombshell was already lapping up the last rays of sunshine while donning a bikini in the garden with her hubby, so whipping it off for a "quick bounce" didn't seem like such a bad idea.
Amanda laughed while she detailed the scenario to Jamie this morning as she explained: "I probably wouldn't have done it if it wasn't a dare let me tell you.
"But my hubby dared me to strip off butt naked and jump on the trampoline in our garden.
"I was already wearing a bikini in the garden and he dared me to strip off, so I did. And I Jumped on my child's trampoline totally naked.
She continued: "Do you know what? It was totally liberating, and so much fun.
"I would encourage anyone at home to strip off and have a cheeky bounce.
"Maybe this can be the new TikTok challenge".
It's not the first time that the Britain's Got Talent favourite has detailed her naked endeavours to the public, as just a short while ago, her youngest daughter Hollie told the nation that her mum loves to walk around the house in the nip.
Hollie made a brief appearance in the Heart studios, and made quite an impression with her revelation of Amanda.
Choosing to own up to it rather than deny it, Amanda hilariously replied : "Yes, this is true. Sometimes I do have a cheeky stroll around the house naked.
"I think it's rather healthy actually. And as well as that, it saves on the washing, all the old rules are out the window".
Amanda, 49, resides in the flourishing countryside of Surrey with her two daughters and her beloved hubby.
She's been throughly enjoying her family time in lockdown, and has kept busy by participating in everything from cartwheel competitions with youngest daughter Hollie, to sunbathing and sipping wine in the sunshine.

The home secretary also tells the new commissioner she expects him to make sure the Met meets its target of recruiting 4,557 new officers - and sets an example to forces across the country.

Crime correspondent
@skymartinbrunt

The home secretary has spelled out to the new Scotland Yard commissioner the vast improvements she is demanding in his force's culture and performance.
Priti Patel writes in a letter to Sir Mark Rowley: 'It is absolutely vital that trust and confidence is restored and that visible, responsive policing which cuts crime is at the forefront.
"I expect the Metropolitan Police under your leadership to get the basics right and provide the first-class service expected of it."
Sir Mark starts his job in a week's time after the controversial departure of his predecessor Dame Cressida Dick , who quit after clashing with London Mayor Sadiq Khan, though she was supported in a recent independent report on her resignation.
The home secretary writes: "I also expect you, as commissioner, to promote better leadership and higher standards at every level throughout the force."
Under Dame Cressida, the Metropolitan police force was castigated over a series of scandals that led to questions over its culture and standards; the rape and murder of Sarah Everard by off-duty PC Wayne Couzens, the taking and sharing of photographs of two murdered sisters by officers, the racist and misogynist text message-sharing by officers at Charing Cross police station and the strip-searching of a young black schoolgirl.
The force is one of six put into special measures by the police watchdog Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services which recently condemned policing in England and Wales for poor performance, especially over burglary, robbery and other acquisitive crime.

Ms Patel writes: "That report found that on too many occasions the Met, as a force, is failing to get the basics right when dealing with these crimes, which cause immense distress to the public.
"It is deeply disappointing and unacceptable that many police forces are falling short.
"You know my view that there is an essential requirement across policing to raise the bar on standards and to get the basics right.
"As the largest force in the country, it is right for the Met to set an example in how to deal with crimes of this kind and also to beat crime down."
Ms Patel also tells the new commissioner she expects him to make sure the Met meets its target of 4,557 new officer recruits and boosts non-police staff by March next year.
She adds in her letter: 'It will no doubt be a challenging time for the force, but I have every confidence that under your leadership these challenges can be overcome."
Sir Mark retired from Scotland Yard in 2017 as an assistant commissioner after leading the Counter Terror Command and after being beaten to the top job by Dame Cressida.
He was appointed in July and said at the time: "Our mission is to lead the renewal of policing by consent, which has been so heavily dented in recent years as trust and confidence have fallen.
'We will deliver more trust, less crime and high standards for London and beyond, and we will work with London's diverse communities as we together renew the uniquely British invention of 'policing by consent'."

You need one thing above all else: thick skin.
We spoke with a young woman who once worked in a Berlin strip club. She spoke to us about the challenges of stripping and explained what it is exactly that she likes so much about her job. The following are excerpts from our interview, which speak to her experience working in Germany, where prostitution is legal.
I've always liked the sense of playfulness that goes with teasing and sexuality. When I was twelve, I wanted to be a burlesque dancer, which is very erotic. Before that, I began with ballet when I was three years old; later on, it was jazz and hip-hop, then standard and Latin American dancing as well as belly dancing. I've been dancing all my life. I was always attuned with my body and watched myself in the mirror when I danced. That created self-confidence, for one thing, and I can move really well as a result. I have formal training as a musical performer, but I think that's an exception. I've yet to meet another stripper who has also trained as a dancer. Not long after I started stripping, I got together with my boyfriend. I stopped soon after that. He didn't like it, of course, and I always had the feeling I was cheating on him. At some point, stripping stopped being fun. And if it isn't fun for you, and you give off that vibe, you won't earn any money either. Many other people are really good at separating their work and their private life though. Perhaps I'm just too young to manage that. My relationship is falling apart at the moment though, so I'm thinking of starting stripping again abroad.
2. You can find work as a stripper by asking the right people – or by asking directly in a club. Back then, I got to know a girl who stripped as a side job. Plenty of people who are studying or interning do it. She introduced me to her boss, who said I should stop by and work on a trial basis. He saw the way I danced and carried myself, and I was taken on immediately. Since there's often such a high turnover of staff, you'll usually find something quickly in strip clubs β€” as long as you look good to some extent and can dance to some extent. Actually, you don't have to be able to dance that well, as long as you have breasts. In contrast to what people may think, not many girls are actually proficient in the art of pole dancing.
On average, I was working four times a week. I earned around 1,000 euros each week there – all cash in hand. A few girls were employed there, but only on a 600 euro basis for the insurance. More than that was paid out to them though. And other girls are self-employed. I don't think that any of them enter their real earnings in their tax declaration though.
4. A normal work night starts around 10 p.m. Our club opens at 10 p.m., and us girls are there about half an hour before. We do our make-up, get changed... everyone's running around half-naked because their bra or something is in a different changing room. The first guests arrive at around ten or half past ten. The girls will still be sitting around at the sides and smoking – they all smoke. I was the only non-smoker. When it eventually fills up, we go over to the guests and chat with them, try to sell them lap dances or drink something with them and just talk with them. You either get rebuffed or you do something with them. During the week, I get home around 5 a.m. and an hour later on weekends. My friend, for example, mainly took guests back to a room and was sometimes only finished around 8 in the morning.
5. As a stripper, you are often more than just a dancer
Because I had a boyfriend, I quickly ruled out getting intimate with guests. Before then, I did it with two or three men who I found attractive. I found them cool, so I wanted to do it. Strippers usually do more though. I'd say that 60 percent of the girls would regularly also go to a room with men they didn't like.
6. Guests who act stupidly get kicked out...
At the club, there were help buttons in the rooms downstairs. As soon as someone pushed this button, the security personnel would appear within seconds. Upstairs, we just needed to raise our hand and point to someone, and they would be thrown out. I'd say that us girls are well looked after. This is important because the guests might treat you with respect at first, on the surface anyway, but as it gets later and levels increase, you notice how the respect fades. Then we're just viewed as a piece of meat.
7. ... But they can still be pretty unpleasant to deal with.
I've never hit anyone, but I was hit once in the room. In such cases, the police come by of course. Some of the guests can be really sick. Thankfully, those are definitely exceptional cases.
8. There's really nobody at the club whom you can turn to with your problems.
In theory, we could go to the boss at any time. We can tell him that someone has done something so that person will be banned from entering. But you can't expect psychological support from him. There are a few girls with drug and alcohol problems at the club, and they're left alone. Of course, there are offers of help outside – but I don't know how much use those women would make of them. Many are really in a bad way, and it's not particularly easy to notice how ill you really are.
Alcohol plays a big part in any case. I think I drank every day as a stripper – if only because I was paid to do so. You get a cut if you receive a drink from a guest. That means that I earn my money from that. And naturally, it makes the evening more pleasant and easier. There are other drugs as well. I was usually offered something or other from the guests almost daily. I think many strippers take drugs to block it all out, to stop noticing what's going out downstairs. It sounds pretty clichΓ©, but one thing leads to the other. You get a lot of money for going downstairs to a room, in return for relatively little work. At the same though, this work is tough, and it is made easier by the drugs. Eventually you can become addicted. And then you're taking guests to the room for the drugs.
10. Even if you enjoy stripping, it's not easy to talk about it.
My parents were totally cool with it. I had been to the club with my dad and watched the dancing with him before. I had even asked him, "Papa, what do you think about me starting to work here?" The parents of most of my colleagues don't know anything about stripping though, or they just know, like in my case, about the stripping itself and nothing about what goes on in the rooms. My parents wouldn't respect that. I wouldn't even be able to tell them about that on my deathbed. My friends had mixed
