BEPL operates in India from 2 manufacturing units & 6 regional offices with a turnover of ₹ 1500 crs & 30% growth rate.
Job Description (JD) for the Senior Officer & Graduate Trainee (Secretarial & Legal) profile
JD:
Handling compliances under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other SEBI Regulations, inter alia, quarterly/half-yearly/ annual and event based filings with Stock Exchanges, ensuring compliance of Corporate Governance norms, up-dation of website, etc.;
Co-ordination / liaison with Depositories / RTA / Shareholders etc.;
Handling all documentation pertaining to the Directors appointment, annual disclosures, etc.;
Compliances relating to Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards, inter alia, filing of returns/ forms with ROC, facilitating Secretarial Audit, maintaining statutory registers, etc.;
Compliances under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, inter alia, tracking shareholding of employees, monthly reports, initial/annual/periodic/continual disclosures, etc.;
Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for Board /Committees meetings, correspondences with Regulatory Authorities;
Preparation of Annual Report and holding of General Meetings / Conducting of Postal Ballot;
Should be proficient in handling of legal matters including drafting / vetting of documents, coordinating with the advocates / counsels and providing value additions in the subject matter.
Handling ancillary matters viz. Dividend, Constitution / Re-constitution of committees of the board and its scope, drafting / amendment of codes and policies, as and when required etc.
Qualification : CS + LLB (For Both Senior Officer & Graduate Trainee)
Experience : 1. The candidate should have minimum 5 – 6 years of post-qualification experience of working with a listed entity.
2. 0 - 1 Yrs of experience for Trainee.
Location : Registered office at Mumbai (Candidate from Western line would be preferred)
Reporting : Company Secretary & GM (Legal)

The Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat is the Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS). [1] The Secretariat is based in Suva, Fiji .
The Secretary General of the Secretariat is appointed to a three-year term in office by the leaders of the Pacific Islands Forum member states. [2] The Secretary General reports directly to the leaders of the member states and the Forum Officials' Committee (FOC). [2] He or she automatically serves as the permanent chairman or chairwoman of the Council of Regional Organisations in the Pacific (CROP). [2]
