Digital nomads. Work from anywhere

Company: Braun Management

Braun Management investigates and resolves organizational friction for executive teams facing structural obstacles in complex business environments. We focus on clarifying decision rights and providing evidence-backed conclusions when internal processes no longer serve the needs of the company.
About the role
The Scrum Master Internship is a support position focused on our work with a major Italian renewable energy client. This engagement involves streamlining coordination and maintaining accountability during a significant period of organizational change. You will help the consulting team stay organized within a fully remote framework, ensuring that project goals are met through rigorous attention to detail and consistent documentation.
What you will do
* Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings to maintain team focus and identify emerging blockers in the project timeline.
* Assist in refining the project backlog by working with consultants to ensure that tasks are clearly defined and prioritized according to client needs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of sprint progress and team performance within our established project management tools.
* Identify areas of operational friction within internal processes and suggest evidence-backed improvements to increase efficiency.
* Support the preparation of weekly reports that translate technical updates into clear, observational narratives for the client.
* Monitor task completion across the remote team and follow up with members to ensure high levels of accountability.
* Help facilitate retrospective meetings where the team examines what worked well and what requires structural adjustment for the next phase.
* Maintain a centralized repository of project decisions to ensure the team has a clear written path forward at all times.
What we are looking for
* A strong interest in organizational systems and an understanding of how teams coordinate complex work across remote environments.
* Excellent written communication skills with a focus on objectivity, clarity, and the avoidance of filler language.
* A basic understanding of Agile principles or the Scrum framework, which may have been gained through university studies or independent learning.
* The ability to observe team interactions and identify where decision rights or responsibilities may be unclear.
* Reliability and a high degree of personal accountability while working independently from a remote location.
* Analytical curiosity and the willingness to ask direct questions about why certain project obstacles exist.
* Fluency in English is required; the ability to read or speak additional European languages is considered helpful.
* A preference for unglamorous but necessary coordination work that ensures a project stays on its intended course.
How we work
At Braun Management, our culture centers on precision and written documentation over constant meetings. We operate as a fully remote team, which means we rely on clear, evidence-backed communication to solve problems for our clients. Every member of the team is expected to think critically and contribute to the structural truths we present to leadership teams. We value the sober second thought and prioritize substance over the superficial hype often found in traditional consulting environments.
What we offer
* A fully remote work schedule that allows for professional focus and flexibility regardless of your location.
* This is a paid internship position, and the pay is attractive and competitive for the role and current market.
* Direct exposure to high-level organizational consulting and its application within the renewable energy sector.
* Mentorship from experienced professionals who value rigorous analysis and direct, honest communication.
* A working environment that prioritizes deep work and clear documentation over a culture of constant interruptions.
* The opportunity to build professional experience in project management within a formal European business context.
This role provides a practical look at how structural consulting operates during a major transition for a leader in renewable energy. By supporting the Scrum process, you help ensure that coordination tasks are handled with precision and that the team remains focused on the client goals. Your contribution allows our consulting team to remain objective and effective in uncoverering the root causes of organizational friction.
