The Role
* Guide and empower fully remote, globally distributed teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train
* Support delivery across diverse on-prem and cloud-based solutions
* Coach teams on Agile practices and drive continuous improvement
* Ensure meaningful business value delivery sprint after sprint
* Facilitate Agile team ceremonies, including daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and schedule backlog items
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or technical work experience
* 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
* Mindset for continuous process improvement and delivering value through efficiency
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Ability to influence effectively with and without formal authority
