A teacher was outed as a sex pest after a student filmed him taking upskirt footage of female pupils during class time.
Footage shows the moment the vile teacher places a mobile phone at the hem of a skirt and points it up between a teen's legs at a school in Ecuador.
Ecuador’s Ministry of Education has confirmed a teacher, who has not been named, has been suspended from a school in the city of Quevedo for sexual harassment.
The teacher was suspended after videos, assumed to have been filmed by the students, went viral online, local media La Republica reported.
In it, the teacher is seen preparing his mobile phone and dropping his arm down by the side of his chair as the student approaches.
He then edges the mobile closer to the girl’s legs and directs it upwards, as she turns the pages of the workbook for him to see.
The video has racked up more than ten thousand views on YouTube, outraging social media users.
Commenting on the video, one person criticised the Department of Education’s hiring process of teachers, calling for tougher measures to ensure candidates are vetted more thoroughly.
Another person, “disgusted” by the video, slammed the teacher’s actions, raising concerns over his mental health and the impact on pupils.
The Ministry of Education has launched an investigation into the incident and will provide counselling to affected students, it announced in a statement on November 14.
Prosecutors are reportedly analysing the case though no criminal complaints have been made against the teacher, according to CEN.
This is the latest offence in a string of teacher-pupil related sexual incidents in the country.
Between 2018 and 2019, the Ministry of Education of Los Rios suspended nine teachers for being involved in cases of abuse and sexual violence.

A teenage schoolgirl spends the summer with a couple whose marriage is on the rocks and develops a crush on the wife. Meanwhile, she pursues a local teenage boy and tries to find a âsuitable male loverâ for the wife. Although Bilitis can be best described as a coming of age film, the title character, Bilitis, ends up returning to school at the end of the film realizing she is not yet ready for adulthood.

Although if a person tries to make sense of this, it would probably be confusing, I consider this to be a beautiful movie. David Hamilton is my favorite photographer. Mr. Hamilton surrounded himself with beautiful young girls and had a talent for photographing them in beautiful ways. The woman who played Melissa was his long-time companion. This movie ends with Bilitis being sad, which didn’t please me, but the photography and soundtrack were beautiful. Of course I was especially drawn to those beautiful nude girls. The fact that this was filmed in very 'rich people' surroundings was in keeping with the type of life that Mr. Hamilton actually lived.

This is the debut film of D. Hamilton, a very well known photographer from the seventies. Contrary to the other commentator I found this a marvelous film, but you have to look at it from a certain perspective. If you look at this film searching for a good script, for profundity of conversation, for strong acting (genre “Cat on a ht tin roof”), this film will not appeal to you. But if you look at it like looking at a Monnet painting, listening to Debussy music or reading M. Proust, in essence, if you drink its simple, uncomplicated impressions, listen to the sublime music, watch the beautiful and stylish shots, enjoy the sensuality in the film without too much looking for sense in everything, the film is truly beautiful. In short: if you look at it like you look at impressionist art, not looking for all sorts of plots and hidden messages, but just to enjoy its simple and straight forward beauty, you will be drawn into a wonderful world and afterwards you’ll be longing to live in that world of flowers, fresh life, warm summer in the country, swimming in the sea, having your first love etc…

Bilitis (all short vowels) is leaving her boarding school. Although it seems puritanical in some respects, it is quite permissive in others. Bilitis has taken another girl as a lover but must leave her as she leaves school. She is not going with parents, but with a governess of some sort.

Bilitis then runs into a young man she who took pictures at her school and begins to spend time with him. Meanwhile she becomes aware that her governess and her husband do not have the best relationship. She seduces her governess and vows to find her a lover. I am not real clear on the motivations here but in the end Bilitis is not the happiest of campers.

Although meant to be erotic, there is plenty of casual nudity and a couple of understated love scenes. Definitely not for the narrow-minded but very mild overall.

I remember this film. I saw it at a movie theatre downtown in my hometown that specialized in European movies. An art house movie at a art house movie theatre. I was a teenager, probably younger than "Bilitis." Seeing "intelectual" movies. Did I understand what was going on with "Bilitis"? I remember I was scandalized and turned on similtaneosly. The sexual content, lesbian Bilitis? Bi-sexual? Her journey of discovery. At least sublimely, I thought that was a common theme to these Euro-flics. The way people dressed and their basic morays towards sex were different than America. What is relevant is what I remember thinking about this movie and movie going- to experience from 1977. One thing was clear, Bilitis wasn't going around freaked out about "her" sexual identity. I didn't get the older woman with the gruff husband then, their dynamic. I do now. So I sat through this film bedazzled and boggled by its sexual content in 1977 in a pretty packed house of bohemians with my fake intellectual friends. My thoughts ultimately focused on the differences of life in America as I knew, at least suburban life, and that of cinematic Europe...Now that I've been to Europe my thoughts are still forming.
