Schedutil Tunables:

1. up_rate_limit_us

It is the minimum time the cpu spends at a frequency before it can go up if necessary. It is time specified in micro seconds.

2. down_rate_limit_us

It is the minimum time the CPU spends at a frequency before it can go down if possible. It is specified in micro seconds

3. iowait_boost_enable

Enabling this will ramp up the frequency during iowait events. Basically, turning it on may help when the device is under continuous I/O operations. The battery consumption may see a minor increase with it turned on. Turned off by default.

4. screen_off_max_freq

This limits the frequency achievable by the CPU when the screen is off to the specified frequency. Useful in reducing idle drain in X00T for the way things are.

5. alt_freq_eq

Enabling this will make schedutil use an alternative equation for frequency calculation. Schedutil usually bumps frequency a few percent higher than theoretically required to accommodate bumps in load during the transition period. Enabling this will disable this behavior. The performance will be lower but it should reduce the power consumption a bit.
