MEL B's nightmare divorce battle with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte came to an end when a settlement had finally been reached in November, 2018.
But what happened to those infamous sex tapes that her former spouse claimed to be in possession of? Here is what you need to know...
In 2018 Mel B settled her bitter divorce battle with Stephen Belafonte to the tune of £6.5million.
As part of this settlement, on which Mel B spent around £500,000, their sex tapes were to be destroyed.
Mel B has to pay Stephen roughly £3million over the next three years plus £3.5million from the sale of their house.
A source said: “Mel is giving him a lot less than people think.
“Her lawyers got him locked down to destroy the explicit videos , which he claimed showed her engage in sexual acts under the influence allegedly of drugs and alcohol.
“Should he ever break that deal, he would be on the line for millions.”
Mel B, 44, and Stephen Belafonte, 44, tied the knot in Las Vegas in June 2007 following a five-month romance.
They had one daughter together, Madison Brown Belafonte, born September 1, 2011.
However, Mel B revealed in March 2017 she was divorcing Stephen, despite the couple gushing about one another on social media just weeks before.
The pair separated in December 2016 citing "irreconcilable differences".
But claims have since surfaced that Stephen got their nanny "pregnant" which led to the couple "paying for her abortion", and there are suggestions domestic violence played a part in their split too.
It is reported that Mel also asked for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Madison.
Rumours of an open relationship and threesomes have surrounded Mel B and Stephen’s ten-year marriage.
The Sun revealed how the raunchy couple were involved in a secret red wine-fuelled threesome with socialite Lady Victoria Hervey .
Playboy bunny Luann Lee claimed in 2014 that she had a fling with Mel in 2008 – and the singer herself didn’t deny this, but did reject she had an open marriage .
“I did have a four-year relationship with a woman. But I’ve been very happily married for seven years to a penis,” she told The Sun following Luann’s allegations.
In March 2017, Stephen appeared to poke fun at the previous allegations of threesomes and an open marriage by posting a photograph of himself with two women on social media .
German au pair Lorraine Gilles has also said in court documents that she willingly took part in threesomes with the couple and claimed that she embarked on a seven-year affair with Mel during the marriage.
She also alleges Mel and Stephen had an open marriage and were free to sleep with who they wished.
Lorraine is a 28-year-old nanny who looked after Mel and Stephen's children.
Ahead of the allegations that she got impregnated by Stephen and was paid to have an abortion, the trio appeared close and Lorraine even appeared in their social media posts.
After the allegations surfaced, Lorraine filed a defamation claim against Mel B and is said is to be preparing to sue the pop star for “unspecified damages” over the allegations she has made.
She has denied Mel B’s claims that she was having an affair with Stephen behind Mel's back, as well as the accusation she took £250,000 from him for an abortion and "nanny services".
Mel B took out a restraining order against the couple's former nanny after accusing her of having an affair with Belafonte and plotting with him to make sex tapes.
The restraining order remains in place for Gilles, but Mel's lawyers said they expected to come to a settlement with her soon.
