I know this has been made couple of times before but those were years ago. Currently both Raven and Wanda (especially after WandaVision) more versions and more powerful versions of existing ones.

I would like to revive this match up between two characters who have evil fathers who have trouble controlling their godly powers.
Raven from Titans live action show vs Scarlet Witch from MCU
Raven from Teen Titans animated show vs Scarlet Witch from MCU
Raven from comics vs Scarlet Witch from comics
White Raven vs House of M Scarlet Witch
I think overall Raven have the first chance in all these rounds.
Hardest will be in round 1. Her highest feats are well above SW ones, but on average SW might beat her since is older, more experienced and much more in control of her powers.
Still Raven, iirc, have some precognition feats that announced her in advance about possible threats, and her "soul self" was even acting by itself, without her conscious decisions.
Round 2- this is a bit more on Raven favour, she will take 7 out of 10 fights
Round 3- this might be actually more debatable, as knowing more about Raven, she is sometimes influenced by plot and act in surprisingly glass canon roles, yet at other times she is again incredibly strong. I say a serious Raven will win most of the time, a more pacifist and less focused one will lose to SW
Round 4- actually the most powerful version of Raven is the Unkindness from latest DC Future State series. There she will end the DC multiverse, consuming and eliminating anyone and everything, material universe, speed force, sphere of gods, hell, I think even Heaven is mentioned, new gods, etc, realms outside time, even a group formed from beings such Spectre, Phantom Stranger, Dr Fate and few others were unable to resist her and her goons (she took under control beings as the Seven deadly sins or the Lords of Chaos, after she previously absorbed the four horsemen of apocalypse).
I say this Raven vastly surpass even HoM Wanda. White Raven vs HoM Wanda is a more balanced match however, which I say can go both ways, even if I will still favor Raven due to being much more stable and quicker on the draw with her powers (shes also kinda immortal in general, she was killed as physical body few times iirc, but either her soul self with all her powers was still hanging around as nothing happened, either she promptly reincarnated in a new body later)
