Saudi Arabia may acquire nuclear weapons.

CNN reports that the US has agreed to allow the kingdom to enrich uranium without imposing international safeguards designed to prevent the development of nuclear weapons.

The deal is awaiting Trump's signature. The project is billed as assistance to Riyadh's civilian nuclear program.
