Green Bay - Sarah Kathleen Neville "Squirt," 31 of Green Bay, passed away on March 30, 2022, following lifelong congenital heart and lung conditions. Sarah was born on May 17, 1990, in Green Bay to Brad and Joyce (Gwidt) Neville.
Sarah was a graduate of Southwest High School and UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She enjoyed her high school years working for the Green Bay Packers in the Pro Shop and online store. After college, Sarah worked for several local companies as a human resource generalist. She formed several lifelong work friendships including McCall Horton and Katie Barrett.
One of her greatest joys was being a friend to many area people including Alicia and Eric Stone, her "favorite boys" Lucas and Brayden, and spending Fourth of July at the Stone family cottage.
Despite being of short stature, Sarah lived a full-sized life. Her favorite things were of course anything Pooh or penguin, lemons, large family gatherings, Christmas, truck rides with dad at Christmas to look at lights, her condo in Door County, cooking with family, trips to Hawaii, and watching Hallmark, Food Network and HGTV.
She loved spending time with family and friends at camp "get aways"
hanging out with the neighbor gang, Rebekah Balliett and Katherine Minan, Brian and Steve Pankratz, Lindsey Piontek, and Mom's extended CHC camp friends. Her brother Erik and sister Laura were so special to her and shared many of these common memories.
Sarah will be sadly missed by her parents, Brad and Joyce Neville; brother, Erik Neville; sister, Laura Neville (special friend Robert Black); "mom's" adopted extra daughter, Brittany (Joe) Strauch; aunts and uncles, Janis (Matt) Norem, Jacqueline and Jim White, Jeff (Kathy) Gwidt, Jon and Betty Gwidt, Gregg (Clara) Neville, Lynn (David) Ackley, Laurie and Leonard Rentmeester. She is further survived by all of her beloved cousins.
Sarah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph and Kathleen Gwidt, Clarence and Celine Neville; uncle, Jay Gwidt; aunt, Amy Neville, and cousin, Blake Peters.
Gathering of family and friends will be at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of prayer service at 1:00 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com . In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Children's Wisconsin who cared for her and other family members children through the years.
The family wishes to thank local physicians Dr. Gordon Haugan, Prevea Clinic and Dr. Molly Kleiman at Bellin Health; local hospitals, Bellin, St. Mary's and St. Vincent; Children's Wisconsin and the adult congenital heart team, (Dr. Matthew Buelow); and Froedtert Hospital. The family also thanks the many co-workers, neighbors, and friends who assisted us caring for Sarah and her siblings during her medical issues.
