Bandaids stemmed from an old song idea I've been kicking around, soon becoming a metaphor discussing 'Band Aid solutions'. Whilst writing the song I was thinking about my experiences and struggles with kicking bad habits, more often than not finding a band aid solution rather than fixing the core of the problem.
