Great place to stay. Near everything. Amgelo and his wife are always ready for any needs. Will stay again in the future. Amazing hosts! They always available when there is a need. Apartment is very clean, safe, and is very comfortable. I would recommend this location especially if you plan to stay in San Pedro de Macoris! If you like living among the locals. Though close to the action it is very quiet for a nice rest. Stylish gated apt building that is 2 minutes walk to the jumbo supermarket! Transportation is bountiful. Angelo was kind, respectful and very accommodating as well as most helpful when I was in need! I was very comfortable and look forward to staying here again! But what made it still a perfect stay was the attentiveness to my needs by these super hosts. They went above and beyond to tend to me which was most appreciated. Angelo who I normally deal with was out of town, but still made sure to check in on me to make sure all was well. His wife, as well as her parents were very caring and helpful as well. As always I recommend this place without reservation and look forward to my next stay. Angelo and his wife were very helpful and friendly during my stay. The apt was comfortable and became our home for a 7 night visit in San Pedro. Angelo went above and beyond to help a woman that I met at the airport that was stranded and needed a place to stay for the night as she was trying to get to Santo Domingo. They also accommodated a last minute additional night when i unfortunately missed my flight. Angelo and his wife were readily available to answer any questions and were always polite. The house with shared room is immaculate, very modern, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful and gracious. I was always made to feel welcome and I enjoyed some great conversations with them. The shower there is amazing with plenty of hot water. However, no air conditioning in the shared room, only a fan. What is more exceptional, beyond the physical space and comfort provided, was her personal care. When I mentioned that my computer had just broken down she offered to drive me to the appropriate person to repair it and waited for me. She found out about the bus schedule and arranged for a moto to drive me on time to take my bus to Punta Cana airport. She offered to provide a meal in evening knowing I spent 4 Hours at the computer repair and in the morning ensured I am up on time with a nice cap of coffee before taking my bus. Moreover she found some money I dropped in the room after I left and wrote me asking how to send it to me. The degree of care, concern and honesty is unmatched. Such individuals are rear jewels. The Property was also well secured. There was always someone in the front entrance looking out for us and answer any my questions. The property was also near some resorts in where I was able to use their chairs to lay out everything. The areas also very quiet so if you are looking for a nightlife this is not it- although there was a bar a couple of minutes walk away that you can go to although it always seemed empty. There was one store nearby but you basically get everything you need from them even your meals. Very good internet , never ever any problems with the appliance. ALl was very much as you wish , I was even given some nice food and bathroom articles. Place is quiet , safe and it has a good access to the beach. Dirt road with no street lights could be a problem for some. It could use some touch up paint here and there and updated amenities but otherwise this house gives you the real Dominican feel. The house is huge with a large outdoor pool which is amazing. Osmo was a great help as well. He lives in separate headquarters behind the house. No problem with privacy at all. Had no issues with locals, many of them was helpful and friendly. Will stay here again and recommend to others. FYI Bring mosquito repellent as they can be a problem at night. They are very good equipped for example there were clean sponges for washing up, matches for the cookers, bottle openers, all the small things you miss sometimes in other apartments. Only flaw was that the internet was not working at first rain destroyed something. But Ricardo made great efforts to have it fixed as fast as possible. Also the communication was very good and fast.
