Well, he was number 7 in the hierarchy of 8 who ran San Pedro Prison. And one of his friends, who accompanied us, was the number one guy. A mafia mean-looker who handled punishments. He took special interest in dealing with convicted rapists. Back to punishments: When a new rapist arrived in prison, they forced him into a concrete pool in the courtyard. There he would get abuse.
