We are using the transfers from the airport to the pan am pier in San Juan in January Not sure if the pan am pier is the one closest to old San Juan but if it is, there is small store on the ground floor of the terminal, and there is a grocery store not far from the terminal. If I remember right if you leave the terminal, you'll see a square, and there is a store there. I hope I am remembering correctly as we will be there in Jan and I too like to stock up the fridge with Coke. Hope you find some. Last year, when we boarded at the Pan Am pier, we bought 6 or 8 packs of small cokes to take with us at the Duty Free Shop along with Rum! Not sure if they will still have them, but it worked out really for us because we had only picked up bottled water at the Walgreens by the hotel. I think you can have your cab stop at a store on the way so you can run in to grab whatever you need. We will be doing that this year since we are flying in the day the cruise departs.
