About company:

At flair.hr, we're building the missing native HR platform on Salesforce which enables our customers to focus on their employees and spend less time on routine tasks.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer. As part of our growing remote team, you will help us conceptualize, build and release our managed package.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new features for the flair.hr managed packaged (mostly Apex and LWC)
• Customizing the package on customers' organizations
• Be involved in the conception of the product, collaborate with your team and come up with creative solutions
• QA and Packaging

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the Salesforce Architecture
• Previous experience with Apex development
• Previous experience building Frontend web applications
• Desire to learn and continually give and receive feedback effectively
• Good English skills
• Previous experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
