Sales Trainer (US BASED)

Qualifications
* Near-perfect, native-level English (C2). You have to read subtext, sarcasm, and intent in real chats, and answer complex messages between the lines. Non-negotiable, and it is the first thing we test.
* Real sales experience. Actual closing, not theory. You have sold, and you understand why people buy and what makes them spend more.
* Experience training, coaching, or leading people. You have run 1-on-1s and held people to a standard.
* You can explain the psychology and the philosophy of the sale clearly enough that a beginner gets it and changes their behavior in the same session. Explaining it well matters as much as doing it.
* Strict, structured, reliable. You run a process, not vibes. You show up, hold your numbers, follow up when someone slips, and do not disappear on people.
* Comfortable with adult content. You will be teaching people to sell intimate, explicit content every day. If that is a problem, this is not the role for you.
* Self-directed. You take a system and build a working training process around it, with us. We are not looking for an order-taker.
* A real feel for US and Western internet culture: how Americans actually talk, the humor, the references, the memes. We chat with US subscribers all day, and someone who naturally gets that culture trains others to do it far faster.
* A background specifically in sales coaching or sales training.
* High-volume or high-pressure sales experience (well-run call floors, high-ticket closing, aggressive-but-clean sales cultures).
