Role Description This is a part-time, remote Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, present BisBroker’s services to prospective clients, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via phone, email, and online platforms, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with prospects to nurture relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine sales approaches, supporting client onboarding, and participating in ongoing product and sales training to stay current on offerings and market trends.

* Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly present solutions, negotiate terms, and build trust with clients.
* Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
* Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and consistently work toward revenue targets.
* Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team learning, share best practices, and help optimize sales processes.
* Additional qualifications include comfort with remote work tools, basic CRM proficiency, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
* Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or related fields and an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline are beneficial.
