We are a game development studio RedPillStudio. We create AAA games in the innovative genres of NFT Metaverse, hyper-casual games, and battlers at the intersection of advanced blockchain and gamedev technologies.

We are now searching for a Sales Manager with experience in building international B2B sales, fundraising, and expertise in one or more areas: Web 3.0, Crypto, NFTs, blockchain, gaming, custom dev.

If you are a good communicator, do not easily get tired of speaking with people, are fond of being on the frontline representing a nifty product, creating and keep a positive attitude, you are a perfect match for this position!

➡️ Also, you have:

- 1+ years of experience in sales, fundraising in in one or more fields: Web 3.0, Crypto, NFTs, blockchain, gaming, custom dev

- Strong communication skills

- Fluent English is a must, advanced speaking skills

- Proven record of connections and/or completed projects

- Ability to learn fast and handle uncertainty

- Excellent organizational skills

- Proactivity and ability to take decisions independently.

➡️ Your tasks:

- Searching and establishing contacts with potential stakeholders (communication with VCs and platforms, negotiating, connecting with other team members)

- Pitching of the studio’s projects 

- Look for new business development opportunities

- Lead the communication with potential stakeholders 

- Cooperation with marketing department

- Analyzing company products to increase attraction

- Sales planning and participating in creating the studio's marketing strategy

- Building long-term partnerships with stakeholders.
