The Opportunity
We're not hiring an employee — we're looking for a partner. We share our profit directly with the right person:
* 30% commission on every sale for your first 3 months
* 20% commission ongoing after that
* Genuine profit-sharing: as a startup giving away 30% of profit, the earning potential for a strong closer is exceptional
* Clear path to Global Sales Manager: prove your results, lift yourself up, and take ownership of our worldwide sales
Who We're Looking For
* A proven track record in sales — this is essential and must be demonstrated. We cannot consider candidates without one.
* Well-presented and well-spoken, confident in front of clients
* Self-driven and entrepreneurial — you thrive on results, not a salary
* Excited about AI and able to communicate its value to businesses
* High-profile candidates with strong networks will be considered for the Global Sales Manager role
What You'll Do
* Identify and close clients who need custom AI agents and automation
* Build and manage your own pipeline from prospect to close
* Represent the company as a true partner, not just a salesperson
* Grow with us — your role expands as your results do
