• Contact hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and medical centers in Germany
• Identify healthcare staffing and workforce needs
• Build relationships with decision-makers and HR departments
• Schedule meetings and presentations
• Maintain communication records and follow-ups
• Represent Asia Jobs professionally in the German market
