Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1+ years experience in outbound sales (phone, call center or telemarketing), preferably B2B and within a tech startup environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to successfully articulate technical product specifications and product value proposition to senior corporate managers
  • Strong business and technical attitude
  • Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly articulate value propositions
  • Self-motivated, confident, competitive, detailed-oriented, and big appetite for high achievement in lead generation
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and prior experience of working with Salesforce
  • Can work effectively from home

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create sales opportunities by networking, attending fairs, meetings, social media, cold calling, and emails.
  • Cold calling and setting up meeting for team members
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities using available resources
  • Prepare results and analytics from email initiatives
  • Update CRM system database with information regularly
  • Track and report all sales activities to VP of Sales

  • Self-starter, self-motivated, team focused and results driven
  • Can work autonomously
  • Strong presentation, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals as well as strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office, Excel and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language.
