We’re a fast-growing HVAC Marketing & AI Agency helping HVAC business owners scale using modern marketing, automation, and AI-driven systems. As we expand, we’re hiring a driven Outbound Appointment Setter who thrives in sales and outbound calls
Appointment Setting 
* Follow up with inbound leads via SMS, email, and DMs
* Qualify prospects using scripts and frameworks
* Book calls directly through GoHighLevel scheduling
* Manage pipelines and lead lists inside GHL
* Use Wavv Dialer for outbound calls & follow-ups
* Hit weekly booking and performance KPIs
Tech Stack You’ll Use
* GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, automations, internal communication & client channels
* Zoom - check-ins, support calls, onboarding
* WAVV Dialer – outbound calling & follow-up
* Experience with these tools is a strong plus.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support
* Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
* Bonus if you’ve worked in high ticket sales, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services
