Sahiy Express Privacy Policy

ABU SAHIY LLC built the SAHIY EXPRESS app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by ABU SAHIY LLC at no cost and is intended for couriers who deliver orders.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used only for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.

Information Collection and Use

To work as a courier in the app, we ask you to provide the following information:

Phone number, first name, last name and profile photo; ID card number, date of birth, address, a photo of your ID card and a selfie with your ID card (to verify your identity); Vehicle type, brand, model, color, plate number and vehicle photos; Bank card for withdrawing earnings (we store only the masked card number, expiry date and holder name; we never store the full card number or CVV); Photos you take when picking up and delivering an order.

This information is stored on our servers and is used to create your account, verify your identity, assign and deliver orders, and pay your earnings.

Location Data

The app collects the precise location of your device only while you are online (on shift), including when the app is in the background. We use it to offer you nearby orders, build routes and show the store and the customer where their order is. When you go offline or log out, the app stops collecting location. We keep only your current location (for up to 30 minutes) and do not store a history of your movements.

Camera and Photos

The app uses the camera and photo gallery only to take or upload photos of your ID card, selfie, vehicle, avatar and orders.

Notifications

The app sends push notifications about new orders, order status changes and payouts. For this we use Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we collect data called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device IP address, device model, operating system version, app version, and the time and date of your use of the Service. It is used only to fix errors.

Cookies

This Service does not use cookies.

Tracking and Advertising

We do not show ads, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Service Providers

We share your information only to the extent needed to run the Service:

Stores and customers — while an order is in progress, they see your first name, photo, rating, vehicle and your location on the map. Your ID card data and card details are never shown to them; Payment and banking partners — to pay your earnings; MyID — to verify your identity, if you choose to verify through it; SMS providers — to send verification codes; Google Firebase — to deliver push notifications; Government authorities — only when required by law.

These third parties may use your information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Security

All data is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers with restricted access. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. After deletion, your personal data (name, photo, ID card data, vehicle and card) is deleted. Order and payment records are kept only as long as required by the tax laws of Uzbekistan and then deleted.

You can also request deletion of your account and data by writing to sahiymarket@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

This Service is intended only for persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that such information has been provided, we immediately delete it from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
