Sabrina Marie is a coach and healer, who has supported people in physical and emotional pain reduction, for many years. She helps them to harness better relating with themselves and to heed the language of their bodies. She has the ability to guide people to deeper emotional healing through her gift as an intuitive empath and medium, helping clients to clear out wounding, while reintegrating fragmented parts of self from past hurts. Sabrina is known for her warmth and her ability to listen deeply within the subconscious and she offers clients insights, new perspectives and steps to small shifts that make a big difference.
Sabrina is trained in many healing modalities, including bodywork, hypnotherapy, psychic and spiritual studies, shamanism and energy medicine, as well as experienced in supporting families through pregnancy and birth. Through 1000s of hours of training and implementation with clients, as well as her own personal journey, Sabrina has developed a holistic approach to resolving physical, emotional and spiritual pain and discomfort.
As an avid learner and consciousness transformer, Sabrina holds too many certifications in the healing and wellness field to name. Some of her training highlights include studying with: The Four Winds Society with Dr. Alberto Villoldo and team, Transformational Facilitation with Vanessa Stone, NeuroMuscular Reprogramming at the Healus Neuro Rehab Center in Mill Valley, CA, Birthing From Within with Pam England, Ancestral Healing with John Newton and over a decade of deep diving in the methodology of Process Coaching and inspiration of Internal Family Systems. Gratitude goes out to her teachers and the many clients who have entrusted her as a confidant and taught her through their deeply transmutative experiences. As a student and practitioner of being human, Sabrina’s motto is, “Always learning!” She cultivates patience, understanding, and compassion for herself and fellow humans in the process of living life, and has transformed her own issues, traumas, and experiences into a beautiful spiritual journey. She brings these same values to her work with clients, providing a safe, rich container for healing and exposing their true nature.
Outside the passion of supporting her clients to foster more resilience and peace in their bodies and lives, Sabrina is nourished by close connection with loved ones and nature. She enjoys beach walks with her dogs, dancing, living a light-hearted attitude, and quiet time by herself— often immersed in meditation and channeling. She sees the unique gift that being alive offers and she partakes readily in the many facets that create This Life Experience. Life can be hard. Life in pain is even harder. Pain shows up in various ways and for various reasons. No one is sheltered from unexpected events, injuries, accidents, traumas large and small, low self-esteem, disconnection, and heartbreak. These are all part of the human experience, and let’s face it, sometimes we are better at rolling with it all than others. I am here when the grace to roll with it is missing, when you can’t get unstuck, when you’ve lost hope in your ability to heal, when it feels like you’ve exhausted your options and don’t know where else to turn. I carry ✨magic✨ to help you attune and realign to what you know is true: that life isn’t supposed to be so hard and that you are meant to thrive ! I know this, too! We all have the capacity to adjust our relationship to experiences and sometimes we just need a little guidance to get there. I have what you’ve been looking for. Let me be that guide…
So what do I mean by magic? I offer sessions that get to the root of the pain and anxiety, the stress and the doubt. I come to issues with non-traditional approaches that can be felt within moments, which is why people call it magic. Together we recalibrate your system on every level, so you can feel more hopeful, open, alive, and free— so different from the onset of a session. And I teach you simple practices that you can do to support the process for yourself. We become a team in service to your wellbeing— body, mind, and soul!
