According to the results of February, the number of JSCs decreased by 17 and amounted to 612, as of 01.03.2023.
The notable reduction in the number of JSCs occurred due to the liquidation of a number of JSCs, as well as the reorganization and accession of JSCs to JSC "Hududiy elektr tarmoqlari korxonasi" and JSC "Issiqlik elektr stansiyalari".
These transformations took place in compliance with the requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 27.03.2019 N PP-4249 "On the strategy for further development and reform of the electric power industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
The total volume of shares issues increased by UZS 11 487.4 billion and amounted to UZS 178 352.8 billion. Among the changes in total volume there also was the primary shares issue of JSC “Navoi kon-metallurgiya kombinati” for UZS 15.0 trillion.
The total amount of the state owned share decreased by UZS 88.4 billion and amounted to UZS 134 415.9 billion or 75.4% of the total volume of shares issues. The total number of JSCs in which there is a state owned share decreased by 1 and amounted to 220 JSCs.
