Description:
The software development company for digital communications is looking for a STO (Chief Technical Officer) for its new project - an online platform for creating, promoting and hiring virtual teams. Their clients include international corporations such as Merck and Procter & Gamble.
You can choose which office to work in - in Frankfurt, the major financial center of Germany, or in Seville, the birthplace of flamenco and the capital of Andalusia in southern Spain.
Your tasks:
- Analysis and discussion of requirements from business and users and their transfer to a scalable IT architecture
- Ensuring continuous growth of the qualifications of your team (developers, DevOps- and QA-engineers)
- Track development speed and quality
- Support and increase the level of QA automation and development and release processes
- Regular monitoring of new technologies and their implementation in accordance with business objectives and technical requirements
Expected from you:
- Experience in successfully managing a technical team of 20 people or more
- Experience in developing requirements and solution architecture (service design, UX)
- Excellent understanding of web technologies and applications (Symphony and Angular 8 - required)
- Experience in transferring projects to microservice architecture
- Experience in implementing and conducting automated testing and continuous integration (up to several releases per day)
Necessarily required:
- English at level C1 and above (free written and oral communication)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Wide outlook in the world of IT-technologies
