According to the results of February 2023, the number of JSCs with state-owned share decreased by 2 JSCs and totaled 220 JSCs or 35.9% in aggregated number of JSCs as of 01.03.2023.
The volume of state-owned share down by UZS 88.4 bln. and totaled UZS 134 415.9 billion or 75.4 % in total volume of shares issues.
The share owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance amounted to 53.7%, the Reconstruction and Development Fund - to 22.9%, the State Assets Management Agency – to 22.4%, and other state organizations – to 1.0%.
By the end of February 2023, a significant change was recorded in the shares of the Ministry of Economic and Finance and the State Assets Management Agency due to the transfer to the the State Assets Management Agency from the Ministry of Economic and Finance of the authorized capitals of a number of JSCs totaling UZS 21 142,9 billion or 15.7% of the total volume of shares issues.
