Soraix is determined to radically transform traditional stock exchanges by tokenizing the exchange of assets via blockchain technology. In doing so, we aim to shift public perception of digital assets in a positive direction, resulting in wider adaptation and stability in the industry. Traditional users will benefit from our first-of-its-kind revenue sharing model, enabling them to trade their SRX Tokens against Equity Tokens of higher valuations (and if they wish to, immediately sell the acquired Equity Tokens for fiat currencies, securing all gains on the trade). § SRX Tokens:

SRX tokens can be used to purchase Equity tokens at a 1: 1 value allowing traders to trade a token of plausibly lower value for one of a higher value.

§ Equity Tokens:

Equity Tokens may be seen as a digital version of the shares of issuer companies in which each equity token is incorporated into one share of the issuing company.

§ Early Investor Bonus:

Early Investor Bonus By purchasing the SRX Token during the first two weeks of our ICO, we will match your purchase with an additional 10% worth of SRX Tokens at no additional cost to you. The bonus will amount to 5%, for investors who purchase our tokens during Weeks 3 & 4.

EARNINGS FOR SORAIX:

a. Our revenue model is based on competitive spreads between buy and sell positions, to provide users with transparency and ease of use. The spread between the buying and selling prices of an asset, will include our commission, which will vary depending on the asset (ranging between 0.01% and 0.3%).

b. Soraix will actively choose stable and preferred digital equity to be offered on our platform. Companies that want to increase capital by offering their Equity Tokens on our platform (ETO) will be able to do so at a nominal fee (far less than the costs associated with an IPO).

c. In addition to ETO fees, companies that wish to register their tokens on our platform, will be required (as is standard in the IPO) to transfer ownership of a small portion of their Equity Tokens to Soraix. Soraix will then offer this token to our users, available for purchase with a benchmark against our SRX token, regardless of the current level of equity token at issue, or the SRX token itself. This will ensure increased demand for SRX tokens as undervalued assets that can be used to exchange at a 1: 1 benchmark against higher value assets (company equity tokens traded on our platform).

d. We will apply fees for leveraged trades in a 24 hour rotating period.

e. Currency Exchange adjustment fees will be applied according to industry standards for deposits / withdrawals in various currencies. Users who hold accounts and operate fully in one currency, will not be charged such a fee.
