SEO Specialist (Remote / Part-Time)
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of practical SEO experience.
* Technical SEO and website optimization.
* On-page SEO and content optimization.
* Local SEO, Google Business Profile and Local Pack optimization.
* Understanding of modern SEO, AI Search and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
* Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO analysis tools.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Russian and English language skills are required. Latvian is an advantage.
* Secondary vocational or higher education.
Our Working Process:
We work according to established agency standards, instructions and task-specific workflows.
* Every task has a defined procedure and expected deliverable.
* All tasks must be completed according to the provided instructions and submitted in the required format.
* Completed work is reviewed by a Senior SEO Specialist.
* If a task does not meet the requirements, revisions are mandatory and included in the original agreed payment.
* Payment is made for fully completed and approved tasks.
* Suggestions and improvements are welcome, provided the agreed workflow is followed.
