Business Overview:
Enterprise and Operational Risk Management (EORM) provides group-wide holistic risk coverage focusing on cross-functional and cross-divisional risk governance, frameworks, best practice, policies and processes. Department drives group-level risk reporting and analysis and provides risk coverage for: (i) enterprise, (ii) operational, (iii) model, (iv) reputational and (v) CRO relevant regulatory risk management. EORM acts as the guardian and controller for Group and CSAG Parent risk strategy, risk appetite, stress testing, exposures, mitigation and aggregate risk metrics. It has overarching responsibility for the firm-wide Business Continuity aiming to maintain a duty of care to staff, to protect the customer's and the company's assets and to minimize the financial, regulatory, reputational, technology and strategic impact in the event of a major internal or external disruption.

Overview of the department / team:
• Enterprise and Operational Risk Management (EORM) IT is part of Risk & Finance IT department, to support the EROM business team.
• ORM IT is part of EROM IT organization, responsible for Development, Management & Support of Operational Risk Systems
• ORM IT Team is around 90 members located in various locations (Singapore, Zurich, Bangalore, Pune & London)
• ORM IT is now looking up setting up BDC (Offshore Development Center) in Warsaw(Poland), to provide business support & coverage for EMEA & US hours
• The positions will report to the IT Implementation Lead based in Zurich/CH.
• Team in Warsaw is expected to support ORM functions across multiple technologies/functions/applications
Responsibilities
• Actively perform all major maintenance, development and delivery phases and activities of MyIncidents applications based on standard JAP Swiss Hub platform
• Support, maintain, operate and improve existing MyIncidents applications. Contribution in defect analysis and bug fixings according to internal agile methodology. Provide engineering and consultancy on data, technology and application integration issues and contributes to best practices for problem-solving approaches, tools and processes.
• Document defects, improvements regarding source code, design & implementation, data model, manual and automated interfaces.
Skills
MUST
1. Several years of experience with JAVA-Development, J2EE and Eclispe-Environment (at least 4; better 6 years)
2. Profound know-how of JSF (ideally CS-JSF & CS-JAP), JPA, Oracle Databases, SQL and Spring Batch Technology; fundamental UNIX knowledge
3. Deep knowledge of Application Development & Design, Data Analysis, Data Modeling-tools, -processes as well as -best practices;
4. Experience with Scheduled Batch Jobs (Control-M Batch Control)
