SATashkent Challenge 2025: Full Application Guide. 

This is an event of the year from SATashkent — an intellectual and academic battle between all Lyceums and Schools in Tashkent, including the Academic Lyceum of Westminster University in Tashkent (ALWIUT), Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (ALUWED), International House Tashkent (IHT), Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi IT school, Tashkent Presidential School (TashPS) and all other Lyceums, public and private schools.

The event also includes a special GUEST SPEAKER who recently got into a university ranked in top 10 in the world. 

📺 The eligibility criteria. 

You can apply, if you: 

- Study in 8th, 9th, 10th grade at school or 1st year at lyceum. 

- Can come in-person to the main event on February 2 at 14:00, to New Uzbekistan University. 

- Have an English level of at least strong B2 (certificate not required). 

📎 Stages: 

Stage 1: Applicants will fill out a google form, where they put their personal information and answer a few questions about their achievements. A few number of participants will be selected for stage 2. 

Stage 2: Selected participants will be invited for a 8-10 minute interview where they will be asked several simple questions. 

Stage 3: The main event. The participants who pass the interview stage will be sorted out to 7-10 different teams of 4 people depending on where they study (school, lyceum etc.). All of the 7-10 teams then will be invited to take part in the main event at New Uzbekistan University on February 2 at 14:00. The teams will compete in a 4-section Zakovat-Quiz style challenge, gaining points for correct answers. The top 3 teams will be rewarded with a handsome amount of cash the end of the event.
