Loader Error Codes & Fixes

-N | Connection Problem

Issue: The loader cannot connect to the server.

Fix:

• Turn on Cloudflare WARP (1.1.1.1).
• Try connecting to a different network.
• Use your phone's hotspot.

-L | Service Temporarily Offline

Issue: The service is currently unavailable.

Fix:

Nothing is wrong on your end. Wait around 15 minutes and try again.

-V | Loader Out of Date

Issue: You are using an outdated version of the loader.

Fix:

Delete your current loader and download the latest version from your portal.

-I | Unexpected Hiccup

Issue: The loader encountered an unexpected error.

Fix:

Restart your PC and open the loader again.

-S | Download Refused

Issue: The download was refused by the server.

Fix:

Contact support and provide them with the full error code.

ID-I / SP-X | Security Software Blocked Something

Issue: Your security software may be interfering with the loader.

Fix:

Check your antivirus and Windows Security settings to determine whether the loader has been blocked. If you're certain the software is trusted, add the loader as an allowed application according to your security software's documentation, then run it again.

AU-A | License Rejected

Issue: Your license could not be verified.

Fix:

1. Make sure your Windows date and time are correct.
2. Enable Set time automatically in Windows.
3. Sync your Windows clock.
4. Try activating the loader again.
5. If the issue continues, contact support with your license key.

AU-H | Manual Account Reset Required

Issue: Your account requires a manual reset.

Fix:

Contact support. A developer will need to manually clear the issue.
