SATELLITES have spotted Russia's massive mega submarine which is believed to be armed with Vladimir Putin's new "weapon of the apocalypse" drone nuclear torpedos.
Nato reportedly issued a warning as they lost track of the Belgorod - a 604ft, 30,000 ton, nuclear powered submarine - as fears loom Vlad could detonate a nuke in a show of force to the West over Ukraine.
Belgorod however has now been spotted in satellite pictures by expert naval observers operating in the Barents Sea - a part of the Arctic Ocean.
The relatively shallow waters are key proving ground for Putin's navy with the sea's coasts belonging to Russia and Norway.
Pictures first released by naval warfare researcher H I Sutton show the submarine surfaced in the Barents on September 22.
And another satellite picture shows the massive boat operating on September 27 - just one day after the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines in the Baltic .
The pictures appear to definitively end any speculation that Belgorod - known for being equipped with drones and a mini submarine slung beneath her belly - could have been involved in the sabotage.
And the images were provided to The Sun Online by Sentinel Hub .
Chilling speculation however continues that the massive vessel could be working on another even more explosive mission for Putin.
Belgorod is the world's largest operational submarine - dwarfing the US Navy's Los Angeles class attack vessels and Britain's Astute class.
She first entered service with the Russian navy back in July, being dubbed a "city killer".
And the focus is very much on her armament, with Belgorod understood to be capable of carrying up to eight Poseidon nuclear drone torpedos.
The torpedos are 79foot long and carry a nuclear warhead - shooting towards enemy targets beneath the waves at speeds of around 70 knots (80mph).
Officially dubbed the less snappy Status-6 Oceanic Multipurpose System, the Poseidon is one of the six "superweapons" which Putin ordered up for Russia.
It is understood to weigh around 100 tons and is also full autonomous.
The robotic torpedo can lurk beneath the waves before waiting for the right moment to detonate its nuclear bomb.
Pentagon officials have described the weapon as a "new intercontinental, nuclear armed, nuclear-powered, undersea autonomous torpedo".
The weapon has alarmingly been dubbed the "weapon of the apocalypse" and Putin's state media stooges have claimed it can "plunge Britain into the depths of the sea".
Some estimates have given the power of the warhead carried by Poseidon as 100 megatons - twice the seize the biggest nuke ever exploded, the Tsar Bomba.
But more conservative estimates have said the yield of the weapon may be as low as two megatons.
It is believed the weapon can be used against enemy warships - or potentially even create "radioactive tsunamis" to swamp coastal cities.
Poseidon's carrier, the massive Belgorod, was converted from an Oscar II submarine which was first laid down 30 years ago after the fall of the Soviet Union.
The sub was specially designed for covert operations having secret compartments to launch mini-subs and drones for covert sabotage and spying ops - such as cutting undersea cables - alongside its nuclear weapons.
Exploded on of the Poseidon torpedos in a test launch is believed to be one of the ways that Putin could use nuclear weapons in a bid to intimidate the West and Ukraine.
Russia has been rattling its nuclear sabre as its forces continue to be pushed back even as Moscow declared four regions as their own.
Putin has been brazen in his threats of turning the already devastating war nuclear - and Russian military doctrine does leave the door open for them to use a nuclear weapon.
And tate TV has been swamped with talk of nuclear war - with throughout the conflict Putin's mouthpiece hosts constantly raising the possibility, even suggesting nuking London.
Moscow has red lines in its doctrine about when to use nukes - but they are softer than those in the West.
Putin is happy to use the weapons if he considers there is an "existential threat" to Russia.
Russia is thought to have around 2,000 nuclear weapons in their arsenal in the form of small yield missiles, torpedoes and artillery shells.
Putin's commanders believed they could roll over Ukraine in a matter of days - but now the war has been raging for eight months.
Russian troops thought they would be greeted with cheers and waving flags, instead they were faced with Kalashnikovs and molotov cocktails.
The war has become a slow and brutal quagmire - one which has seen the Russians change tactics, moving from attempts at surgical strikes to savage, indiscriminate attacks on civilians.
With further defeats on the horizon, a seemingly hopeless mass mobilisation, and a resurgent Ukraine storming towards their new "territory" - fears are growing the war could escalate once again.
Both the US and Russia are believed to have invested much time and money into developing smaller battlefield-ready atomic weapons.
The weapons lack the truly terrifying devastating destructive power of the biggest Cold War-era weapons - such as the Tsar Bomba .
A single 58 megaton Tsar Bomba could cause devastation across 50 miles area, kill millions of people, send a shockwave that would circle the globe three times, and cause a mushroom cloud visible for 500 miles.
Such a bomb was deemed far too big to ever be used due to the potentially apocalyptic consequences of such a nuclear exchange.
But that sort of thinking is what has pushed war planners to develop and potentially use tactical - as opposed to strategic - nuclear weapons.
Moscow's war doctrine is believed to be open to using nuclear weapons in a conventional conflict as an intimidation tactic - and use of such a weapon must be signed off personally by Putin.
The tactic became known as "escalate to de-escalate".
Moscow has previously practiced such strategies in the field - such as simulating a Nato attack on the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad.
The scenario saw the Russian forces strike back at the invading West by firing nuclear arms at Poland and the US.
And these drills are believed to have taken place in the nineties and noughties, with tactical nukes used for both offense and defense.
Russian warships, missile launchers, warplanes and even field artillery guns can be armed with small yield nuclear warheads.

A Russian nuclear-powered submarine that is rumored to carry a “doomsday weapon” has disappeared from its Arctic harbor, according to multiple reports.
Russia may be planning to test the “Poseidon” weapons system on the Belgorod submarine, officials warned Italian media, Fox News reported . The “Poseidon” is a drone or guided torpedo equipped with a nuclear warhead that Russia claims can create a “radioactive tsunami.”
The submarine can deploy this “doomsday” weapon at any time near a coastal city, Russian state media claimed, adding that the weapon can cause a 1,600-ft. wave that crashes into the coast and exposes it to radiation.
The Russian submarine is part of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s top-secret program to create new “super weapons.”
Strategic intelligence expert Rebekah Koffler said Russia will likely only use the deadly weapon “in the event that Russia and the U.S. are in a direct kinetic war and Russia is losing.”
She added that Putin may be testing the weapon to intimidate Ukraine and its allies.
“There have been times when Russian nuclear-powered attack submarines, armed with long-range cruise missiles, operated undetected for weeks close to U.S. shores,” Koffler said.
Late last month, Putin made veiled threats to use nuclear weapons if Russian territorial integrity is threatened as he announced the partial military mobilization of 300,000 reserve troops.
During his announcement, Putin said western nations “have even resorted to the nuclear blackmail.” Putin said he referred to “the statements made by some high-ranking representatives of the leading NATO countries on the possibility and admissibility of using weapons of mass destruction – nuclear weapons – against Russia.”
“I would like to remind those who make such statements regarding Russia that our country has different types of weapons as well, and some of them are more modern than the weapons NATO countries have.” he said. “In the event of a threat to the territorial integrity of our country and to defend Russia and our people, we will certainly make use of all weapon systems available to us. This is not a bluff.”

You know what annoys me? When I google typical features of Russian women and read nothing but generic bullshit advice.
Seriously, I've gone through all of it. Could you tell if the article was written by a person or an AI? Probably not. It all sounds the same. No real-life experience. No advice from someone that has been in the position that you are in now. Only generic articles and middle-aged women pushing their own dating services.
In this article you'll learn the 8 key personality traits all Russian woman have . But not in the flowery, sugarcoated way but through actual real-life experience that I went through in my time in Russia.
I had to learn the features of Russian women the hard way so you better pay attention...
Have you ever met a sane and rational woman?
There’s no such thing. Women are always emotional but some more so than others.
Think of the craziest, most emotional woman you know. Now imagine her being 5 times as emotional.
Russian women are emotional as fuck. That’s good and bad at the same time.
It's a good thing because when they love you, they will actually be in love with you. Russian women can be fiercely loyal. I’m talking dog-and-master type of loyal. You will be her everything and she’ll do anything for you. Most Western men that want a Russian woman are looking for this kind of devotion. They want a woman who will not jump on the first dick that passes by when things aren’t going smoothly. A woman who is happy to submit and obey. Russian women that love you will do that.
But there’s also a bad side. They can act crazy. Unpredictable. Have serious mood swings. Not to mention raging jealousy issues. Show up at your door when you told her not to. Always expect the entire damn range of crazy behavior with a Russian woman.
The worst thing is that Russian women are junkies for this type of relationship. They don’t want a normal, stable and loving relationship. They are addicted to the drama. It’s some really twisted part of Russian culture which you don’t need to bother to understand cause not even they do.
Here's a story from an acquaintance to give you an idea of what I'm talking about:
This guy had a fling with a stunner that used to date high-profile guys and athletes. Even though he knew she was crazy he just could not keep his hands off her (take a really hard guess why).
Fast forward to New Year’s Eve. His plan was to celebrate in style. Lo and behold, who shows up at 8 in the evening at his doorstep? This girl, whom he had told to not visit him that evening. Hilarity then really ensued when she found traces of other girls in the apartment.
She then went on to tell him she was pregnant.
He later found out that he possibly is the father. Turns out that his girl had lost it when they had a fight and let an “old friend” bust a load inside her.
He'll find out in a few months after the DNA test...
The morale of this story: you never know when a normal girl might be totally batshit crazy.
A lot of you guys reading this are probably looking for a Russian wife.
Yes you can find a traditional 1950s style wife in Russia. Especially if you go looking outside of the big cities. Most of the women are actually looking for a traditional 1950s style marriage themselves. Even in Moscow a lot of young people stay in a long-term relationship.
What does traditional in this context mean?
Think about the following. How often have you with your last dates or relationships…
Just a few examples that I came up with of the top off my head.
My point is that a lot of men think they want a traditional wife but don’t actually realize what that entails. It's not the 50s anymore. You'll get bored much fast than you initially think. If you don't believe me, go spend a few weeks in a provincial Russian city. Then we’ll talk about whether you’re still so sure about that.
In Russia getting married early is still very common even in the big cities. With that come traditional gender roles. You are the bread winner and she’ll stay home with the kids. The heavy lifting financially is going to be on you because a Russian woman never pays for herself.
If that sounds good then by all means go for it. For example, I’ve dated numerous girls who would go on to marry someone else a few months down the road. They knew they weren’t going to get that commitment from me so they found another guy. And I’m talking about girls aged 20 to 25 not women in their 30s.
The bottom line is that if you’re coming to Russia, be prepared to meet a lot of women who are looking to get married. It will take some time but you can make it happen if marriage is what you are looking for.
Initially, I wanted to write “Russian women are submissive”. But thinking about it, Russian women aren’t submissive at all. Quite the opposite actually.
Russian women are the real “strong and independent” women of this world. Western women talk about it but Russian women actually live this life. The average Russian woman has a lot on her plate:
With a Russian woman, the next emotional breakdown is always only one social media post away.
That’s why she needs a strong and dominant man who can reassure her that everything will be fine.
Do you want to know why Putin is so popular and even a sex symbol in Russia?
Because he’s the ultimate archetype of being a dominant man.
Russian women need someone who can control and tame them. How many times have I heard this:
“I am emotional girl. I need strong man who can care for me.”
Notice that I say dominant. Not controlling. They are not the same thing.
Russian women hate when you’re a control freak. A lot of Russian men are controlling. Even worse are guys from the Caucasus regions. You have a big advantage by being a foreigner. Foreigners are usually “nicer” and the women like that. However dominant you think you are, for her that will still be miles away from how a Russian man treats her.
SO MANY TIMES I’ve heard from Russian women how her boyfriend or husband didn’t let them go to the club or on a holiday with her friends or something else along these lines. Hit the sweet spot between being a firm and dominant leader but a gentleman at the same time. Then the women will be all over you.
Submissiveness is another characteristic of Russian women...
If I had to pick the main feature that's typical of a Russian woman it would be classy .
That boils down to three points essentially:
The first point I addressed numerous times on my website. You all know that Russian women dress to kill and if you need proof of that go and read some of my other articles.
It’s more in the way how they behave than what they wear.
Take English women as an example. Unfortunately, they also love wearing high heels and short dresses on a night out. I’m saying unfortunately because, besides being way too fat for it, English women look like cows on ice in their high heels. Shit really hits the fan when an Englishwoman gets drunk and can’t walk in her heels anymore.
I’ve never ever seen a Russian woman that doesn’t know how to walk in heels. It’s like they were born to walk in them. Same thing with table manners or the way the women talk. They’re more than just fe
