I just did a nude shoot, I just was buck-naked
I feel really accomplished right now because it took
a lot of courage for me who can barely take off
her clothes in front of a doctor, to do this.
I took off my robe and let it all hang out.
I'm like, there's nothing to prepare for this,
I'm just stripping my clothes down, this is weird.
I did notice that when I looked down,
my heart was like, I could see my heart beating,
I was like, oh you must be nervous because your heart
is literally going thump-thump-thump.
Right before I had to go in and drop my towel,
I decided I needed a little liquid help,
As long as its all still looking good
and not falling and you know, sagging, I'll be nude,
As long as people want to see me naked, I'm here.
Haven't told my family, but I will.
I like to surprise them, to hear what they have to say.
Actually, I did tell my mom and she's like,
My mom used to lay out naked, so I was always like
as a kid like, Mother, can you put some clothes on?
And she's like, Oh, you look so pretty.
My boyfriend or my publicist, one of the two.
Which, my publicist is my gay boyfriend anyway.
I told some friends mostly because I've been starving
So when they asked me to go out to dinner,
I had to prefix by saying, preface it by saying,
I did my juice-cleanse for three days.
I went on the juice-cleanse which I do
My boyfriend was like, Ugh, thank God I'm not with you
right now 'cause you're not nice on the juice cleanse,
'cause you're so hungry and you get hostile.
I like my collarbone and shoulders.
I would always say my stomach is my favorite feature
'cause it's strong and it's hard and I always have
China, my butt was a hit, when I was over there
filming Karate Kid, the crew was asked
who's your favorite person on the set,
and I thought they were gonna say Jada Pinkett,
Yeah, my butt was quite famous over in Beijing.
I had the opportunity to show up and take off my clothes
And that was a challenge, but something that I welcomed.
In an ideal world, I will have a photograph
that is out there that isn't perfect.
That doesn't fulfill the preconceived ideas
of what a Hollywood actress looks like
and that will still be beautiful in its own way.
You know, you have women of different shapes,
different sizes, doing this, different body types.
I think that's the whole thing, is to take you out
of your comfort zone and be comfortable.
I thought about what I was gonna say today
because part of me wanted to say, I don't diet,
but I do and I work really hard to look the way that I look.
I feel good, I like to show, it's a good thing
when you can show women to love the skin that they're in.
And just be comfortable with that, with what God gave you.
