But their essence is still in us, although in a different dimension, influencing our thoughts and actions. So, everything in the Universe, including ourselves, has its place in time and space. Development occurs strictly individually, because we are at different stages. In other words, everything develops in its own time, when circumstances and situations allow.
However, you need to understand that in the Universe there is a factor of chance, whose action leads to unpredictable results. These results are sometimes called "God's Providence", although in fact they have nothing to do with the Creative Mind and are rather opposed to its goals. It would be more correct to call them "a consequence of chaotic activity." It is this random, chaotic factor that is the source of stress and misunderstanding in our lives.
