Rumer Willis got candid with fans on Monday night with a body-positive post that showed the actress stripped down in her underwear.
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore 's 31-year-old daughter admitted she was "feeling pretty" while donning the latest bra and boxers from Kim Kardashian's SKIMS clothing line. She posed for a selfie in the matching blue attire as her wavy hair fell down to her shoulders.
Despite looking flawless, Rumer wanted her followers to know that achieving a "perfect" look isn't most important and that it's necessary to love your body no matter what the number on the scale is.
"This is an appreciation post for my body because I think it's important to celebrate ourselves," Rumer captioned the sultry pic. "Not because we lost weight or we are a certain size or because we have a rare moment when a photo looks 'how we think it should to be accepted by mainstream.'"
Rumer admitted she "often" puts herself down when it comes to her looks. She said being in quarantine makes it even harder to curb cravings and find the motivation to work out. Those things, she wrote, are not as important as so many think.
"What is important is to find ways to be happy where you are at and not make being a perfect size or weight or hair color or body shape some goal that you can only find happiness and acceptance of you reach it," she continues in the post. "Because you will never be happy if that is the case because there will always be something wrong."
Rumer said her underwear snap is a result of looking past her imperfections. Despite a massively positive response to the post, the actress continued to smash society's expectations of a flawless figure by showing her followers another "unedited" and "unfiltered" look at her in a five-minute video.
"Just because I can take a great photo that doesn't mean that I still don't have problems," Rumer explains while standing in her bedroom. "Sometimes my stomach isn't as flat as I want it to be. Sometimes I feel like my arms look huge in photos and sometimes I feel like my thighs are massive....They're all things that I'm sure I notice much more than anybody else does."

"By no means do I guess, in my mind, that there's some perfect standard of a body. This is just what my body looks like," Rumer added while spinning around in the full-body shot .
"Maybe my arms don't look like Jennifer Garner's or my waist is not as tiny as I want it...I think it's important to really be present and to be vulnerable," she concluded, along with a request for her followers to do the same and love themselves.

Rumer Willis stunned in two lingerie photos uploaded to her Instagram account this week as she shared more images from her shoot with CUUP. In the snaps, which were posted on January 25 and can be seen here , the actress wowed in a yellow and a dark green set as she told fans about the importance of loving themselves.
In the first snap, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress showed off her fit figure in a bright yellow underwire balconette bra with thick straps over both shoulders. She paired it with matching high-waisted panties which were pulled up to her navel.
Rumer kneeled on her bed with her long, dark, curly locks cascading down her back. She put her right hand up to her face and touched her hair as she tilted her head and looked at the camera. There were several framed pictures behind her. The star posed on clay-colored sheets while her dog relaxed in front of her.
In the second snap, the former Dancing with the Stars contestant showed a little more skin. Rumer was photographed from the side as she rocked thong panties and a matching sheer bra with thin, adjustable straps. She leaned forward and placed both hands on a cabinet with a record player on top.
Rumer looked down, and her ringlets fell over her shoulder.
"2021 hot girl sh*t= loving yourself," she wrote in the caption. Fans heaped praise on her via the comments section.
"You are a beautiful combination of your Daddy and Mami!!! They made a gorgeous creation!!" one person wrote with a red heart, referring to her parents, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis.
"One more thing...Hot Damn," another person wrote alongside four fire symbols.
"You are absolutely looking beautiful," a third fan commented with a kissing face.
Proving very popular, her upload amassed more than 34,000 likes and 820-plus comments in under 14 hours.
Rumer posted it a day after she opened up in an emotional caption about why she decided to pose for the photo shoot. The star shared a series of shots in the dark green underwear set and told her 863,000 Instagram followers she initially felt "extremely nervous about taking photos in my underwear" but decided to model for the brand because of its inclusive ethos.
Rumer shared how she struggled with body confidence as a young girl and has "worked tirelessly since" to "love myself, love my body, my face."

RUMER Willis demanded an end to "policing women's bodies" as she stripped fully naked for a set of bondage-inspired photographs.
The actress , who is the eldest of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore 's three daughters, bared it all in the meaningful shoot taken by photographer Tyler Shields.
The set of photographs, entitled Bondage, show Rumer in a series of daring poses.
In one, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star, 32, oozed confidence as she wore a latex bodysuit and thigh-high boots.
She completed the look with a slick updo and a black leather riding crop.
In another, Rumer was tied up while kneeling on the floor completely naked.
Opening up on the meaningful project, she shared: "This series I created with Tyler is about reclaiming the female form. Whether clothed or not, as women our bodies are constantly policed and dictated over by men and by other women.
"We are told what we can and cannot wear based on our size and shape or others beliefs about what is acceptable or appropriate. We are told what we need to look like to be considered beautiful."
She continued: "We are told if we dress a certain way we are 'asking for it' or if we are more covered up we are prude or unexpressed. We are told our sexuality and expression of that sexuality is something we should ashamed of, something we should keep to ourselves. We are persecuted for our right to choose when to become a mother, or to become one at all."
Rumer went on: "We are kept from access to birth control, places to get information about sexual health and contraceptives are defunded. The lineage of women who have fought with their lives to progress women’s rights sacrificed everything to get us to where we are today and we are still miles away from any sort of equality.
"My body and my right to my divine femininity will not be policed or suppressed by anyone... man or woman."
Their outing came just two months after the actor's split from his wife, Elizabeth Chambers.
Rumer also spent the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic quarantining with her parents and sisters.
Back in April, Demi shared a look into their lockdown in Idaho with her ex and their kids.
"Family book club," the actress captioned a snap that showed the family reading Laura Day's How to Rule the World from Your Couch.
