In connection with the growing popularity of Telegram-chat "BTC-Alpha LTD -> btc-alpha.com", the Exchange administration decided to create rules for communication. So, the following points are categorically forbidden (ban):

1. Use of profanity, rudeness, insults.

2. Advertising of other projects in the chat.

3. Insulting remarks about the administration of the chat.

4. Abusive statements against other users

5. Flood.

Do not provide information to scammers impersonating the administration of the exchange.

The administrator has the right to make a request for information from the user regarding: the deposit address, txid or hash of the transaction, as well as the passport data, in case of a 2FA reset, or transfer of funds from accounts.

The administrator can not request payment for any transaction via Telegram.

In the account @btcalpha_listing, you should only apply with the proposal to add and further placement of coins on the site. All other requests, of a different nature, to this account - will be rejected.

В связи с растущей популярностью Telegram-чата "BTC-Alpha LTD —> btc-alpha.com", администрацией биржи было принято решение по созданию правил общения. Итак, категорически запрещаются (бан) следующие пункты:

1. Использование ненормативной лексики, хамство, оскорбления.

2. Реклама других проектов в чате.

3. Оскорбительные высказывания в адрес Администрации чата.

4. Оскорбительные высказывания в адрес других пользователей

5. Флуд.

Не предоставляйте информацию мошенникам выдающим себя за администрацию биржи.

Администратор имеет право сделать запрос на на получении информации у пользователя касательно: депозитного адрес, txid или hash транзакции, а также паспортных данных, в случае сброса 2ФА, или переноса средств с аккаунтов.

Администратор не может затребовать оплату за какую либо операцию через Telegram. 

В аккаунт @btcalpha_listing, следует обращаться только с предложением по добавлению и дальнейшему размещению монет на площадке. Все остальные запросы, другого характера, на этот аккаунт - будут отклонены.
